We are an independent and 100% Mexican hotel. Our mission is to give our clients the best service at the best price, surrounded by beautiful trees, singing birds and the tranquility that ¨La Cañada¨ Eco-tourist zone has to offer.

The hotel was created where the owners previously operated a Video-Bar. Hence the name Chablis, in honor of a wine from the French region and the initials from Chiapas.

We are located at 150 mts (163 yards), from the federal highway and from the famous Palenque´s Mayan Head. Downtown Palenque is at 500 mts. (545 yards).

The impressive and magical archeological site of Palenque is only 8 kilometers (5 miles) away. Other natural attractions are close by, making the Hotel Chablis your best option when visiting Chiapas.
